The Church of England Busy-body has died. May she rest in peace. Readers of this blog will be aware of the lady I called the Church of England Busy-body who featured here frequently over the years. Sadly she has passed away. She died of cancer in Mount Vernon Hospital on Easter Sunday - with her unwavering commitment to the faith a wonderful day to pass to the Lord. I have been shocked and saddened by her death and regret that no one had told me she was ill. "But Gene," I hear you say, "surely this is all a little hypocritical of you considering the level of animosity that existed between you two?" No hypocrisy at all I counter.
